The Multidisciplinary Nursing Research Group develops an impact-oriented program aligned with strategic challenges in knowledge, quality of life, digital transformation, and public services. Its work integrates clinical research, organizational innovation, and digital health to improve health outcomes, patient safety, and the sustainability of healthcare systems. The group addresses complex and chronic conditions across the life course, promoting equity and person- and family-centered care. Key contributions include interventions in care humanization, care transitions, patient empowerment, and risk prevention. It also generates evidence on nurse staffing models and their impact on quality of care. Additionally, the group incorporates advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality to anticipate clinical deterioration and enhance patient experience, consolidating an innovative and sustainable approach.
