Brief: This activity was focused on building an integrated and participatory model for rare diseases. The event aimed to highlight the importance of early diagnosis and its impact on patient care, as well as to promote a multidisciplinary and patient-centered approach to rare diseases. It also sought to raise awareness among healthcare professionals and the broader community about the challenges faced by patients and families, emphasizing the need for improved coordination between clinical practice, research, and patient associations.

Brief: This activity is part of "La Setmana del Cervell" (Brain Week), an event in which more than 30 countries participate and whose aim is to bring science to the people on the street. In our case, we offer a course for teenagers in which we talk to them and demonstrate the dangers of traffic accidents, the influence of alcohol and drug use and the consequences they can have for them and their families. We bring them closer to reality by visiting various services and sharing firsthand experiences with people who have suffered accidents and their consequences. This course is highly in demand from schools, which is why we are holding this first edition in March and a second one in November.

Brief: As part of Nit de la Recerca 2025, we organized an interactive activity in which the public took on a professional role within the field of neuropsychology. Participants had the opportunity to experience first-hand the gold standard in neuropsychological assessment. During the workshop, they put themselves in the shoes of both the neuropsychologist and the patient in a clinical context, performing tests that assess different cognitive functions. These functions may be affected in various neurological conditions, and the experience helped participants better understand how such alterations are detected and analysed. The tests were designed to be fun and engaging, especially for children and young people, and were presented in a dynamic, educational and attractive way, promoting learning through play and active participation.
